 Cost Accounting Specialist (Head Office):

Job desc:
  • Melakukan kalkulasi biaya produksi (cost of revenue) secara komprehensif sesuai kaidah cost accounting yang berlaku umum
  • Melakukan monitoring dan rekonsiliasi terhadap fungsi-fungsi terkait departemen produksi (direct cost centre)
  • Menyiapkan / kompilasi laporan produksi sebagai bagian dari management report bulanan
  • Mereview, analisa dan melaporkan cost budget vs actual
  • Melakukan rekonsiliasi fungsi general accounting dan fungsi costing
  • Melakukan audit rutin terkait : logistik, purchasing, plant dan assets
  • Berkoordinasi dan bekerja sama dengan dengan departement lainnya agar terus besinergi
  • Menjalankan fungsi Controlling terhadap aktivitas yang terkait langsung dengan direct cost

Tax accounting officer (Head Office):

Job desc:
  • Review dan verifikasi hal-hal perpajakan saat proses disposisi (sebelum  payment)
  • Input SPT PPN bulanan
  • Input SPT PPh 23 bulanan dan meyiapkan bukti potongnya
  • Input SPT PPh pasal 4 (2) bulanan dan menyiapkan bukti potongnya
  • Follow up / menagihkan / menindaklanjuti bukti potong dari Customer sebagai kredit pajak
  • Menyiapkan laporan SPT bulanan (ppn, pph 23, pph 4(2), dan lainnya jika ada)
  • Menyiapkan disposisi pembayaran SSP (pembayaran pajak bulanan) meliputi : PPN, pph 23, pph 4(2) dan pph 25
  • Melaporkan pajak secara bulanan ke KPP
  • Berkoordinasi dengan team Tax holding, bila perlu, jika ada hal-hal yang perlu didiskusikan/ditindaklanjuti
  • Filing dokumen perpajakan secara rapih, tertib, aman dan traceable
